MyLegacy HRM is a flexible, robust Human Resource Management solution, that permits you to more efficiently control and administer to your labour force. It is available for customer premises installation or for use on-line on a subscription basis, and supports single or multiple entities. It is browser based and can be accessed by any device operating under any operating system that has a browser. Its flexible but secure access control system permits you to give users access to the companies, departments and menu options of your choice.

PIM

PIM (personnel information management) is the central repository for all employees’ information and is the core of the system. You have full and detailed information about each employee at your fingertips. Here you manage and view employees information such as job history, work experience, qualifications, languages spoken, skills, social club memberships, licenses and permits, certifications, contact information, next of kin information, leave history, tardiness, vacation accruals, disciplinary cases,  company-owned items issued to the employee, employee’s banking information, employee’s managers and more. The electronic document management system allows your to store and manage employee documents, including audio and video recordings. You can generate form letters such as job letters, email them to employees and file them in the electronic store with one key press. Quickly and easily communicate with your employees by sending bulk emails with attachments.

Compensation

Easily and efficiently manage employees’ compensation information and quickly calculate pay increases and bonus based on performance review scores or other data. Generates pay increase letters for employees.

Attendance

Take the stress out of Time management, leave planning and tracking. This module not only tracks employees’ leave, it also processes vacation accruals and will instantly indicate the number of vacation days any employee has available. The scheduling and management of vacation is made very simple. All the information necessary to approve or reject any leave request is made available, requiring a simple keystroke to confirm the manager’s decision. Vacation requests submitted through the employee portal immediately generate email notifications to the persons authorized to approve the employee’s leave. When a manager actions a leave request, the employee is automatically notified of the decision. A graphical leave calendar shows all leave types for the period chosen and allows you to add or change an employee’s leave by dragging a bar on the calendar. Sick and late calls, including those submitted through the portal, are also managed here.

Documents

This is a document repository through which you can make documents of any type available to selected employee groups. Some documents can be made available to general staff through the employee portal while others can be made accessible to users of the main application only. Documents are categorized and displayed in categories. Access to documents can be controlled by department allowing you to make department specific documents such as SOP’s available through this document repository. Keep your employees in the know by making documents such as labour laws, Union agreements, employee handbook, employees’ rules and regulations etc. available through this repository.

The Administration module provides the tools you need to manage and configure your MyLegacy HRM. Here you will define your company’s entities, branches and departments, user groups and group permissions, leave types, job titles and categories, notifications, payroll interface, languages, qualification types, document categories and much more.

The Employee Portal provides avenue through which employees can interact with the HR department. Through this portal employees can submit changes in personal information, request leave, requests job letters, view their leave history, perform self-reviews, upload documents and more.

A comprehensive solution for the management of your recruitment process. It tracks and manages every application from receipt of application to hire or rejection and lets you know where each applicant is in the process. It facilitates the scheduling of interviews, tracks the outcome of each interview, tallies applicants' scores and gives recommendations.

Use this module to track employee’s infractions and the actions taken. It can recommend what disciplinary action should be taken and ensures consistency in the application of disciplinary actions. Performance

The Performance module is crucial to your employee review process. You can schedule reviews at any time and for any purpose. The ability to select the reviewers makes it possible to perform various types of reviews such as 360 reviews, peer reviews etc. Managers select the core competencies and performance targets to be rated for each of their employees. Final ratings can be linked to salary increase percentages.
